Introducing Otter Advisory 2.0

In 2018 I started Otter Advisory with the aim of helping future of work/HR tech companies build better products and be more successful. It has been very successful. Earlier this year, Jason Corsello and I decided to combine forces, and I joined him as a General Partner at Acadian Ventures. Together we smartly deploy capital to build the future of work.

My job as General Partner at Acadian Ventures is a pretty much full time now, so I've dramatically reduced my external advisory work. So the question then was what to do with Otter Advisory?

Charlotte Otter is taking the reins of Otter Advisory

Charlotte Otter is taking the reins of Otter Advisory to help leaders, communicators and change managers build breakthrough stories to create engagement. Until recently, Charlotte led executive and employee communications at SAP SE. She is currently studying for an MSc in change leadership - an executive programme run jointly by HEC Paris and Oxford Saïd Business School.

I suspect that many of the original Otter Advisory clients will want work with Charlotte. She's a communications, change and storytelling expert. Her niche is getting to maximum audience impact, whether it's employees, investors, customers, partners, media or analysts.
 
I'll not vanish from the site completely, as I will continue to occasionally blog here. I'm thrilled to see Charlotte take the firm in a new, exciting direction.
