T-shirt with slogan there is nothing inherently masuline about making software.

This is a quote from Daniela Lange, a brilliant product leader I worked with at SAP SuccessFactors. I have it on a t-shirt.  I'm not sure that I can add anything useful to this, so Instead I will rely on the excellent @EthicsinBricks, quoting Hannah Arendt, to reinforce this.
