After a great talk with the very insightful Leoni Janssen earlier this year, I wrote the following on my office whiteboard:

The stories we tell about ourselves define our behaviour at work. Behaviour defines culture. Culture defines how we will cope when the future of work changes business.
I love this clear through line from the storytelling of communications to culture to how we will manage the future of work, and I'm tucking it in my back pocket as I head off to Unleash next week to mingle with the HR experts. Looking forward to the amazing speaker line-up and hopefully some great 1:1 conversations!
