Thomas Otter built his expertise in research, consulting, strategy and product management as – most recently – Head of Product at SAP SuccessFactors, and at Gartner as Research Vice President.  He has worked with companies from around the world, including Nestle, Woolworths Australia, Singtel, Teva, PepsiCo, Swiss RE, to name a few. Thomas holds post-graduate degrees in political science, business administration and computer law, and is a fellow of the British Computer Society and a Phd from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology

Michaela Schilling
Marketing, Communications & Administration  

Michaela is responsible for marketing, communication and orchestrating all admin tasks across the  business. She brings excitement and a strong belief that Otter Advisory will become a unique brand in the HR IT business world.

She is an open minded person who loves spending time with diverse friends, travelling and reading books. Often described as a creative and empathic person with finely-tuned organizational skills, Michaela is able to solve problems and handle a complex, fast moving organization.

Rachel Jenkins

Strategic Marketing Advisor 

Rachel Jenkins is a dynamic, innovative and strategic senior marketing professional with deep experience in and a passion for working with fast growing HR Tech companies and leading marketing through the growth phase.  

HR Tech SaaS businesses are second nature to Rachel having spent 4 years at innovative talent management vendor, PageUp, in Melbourne, Australia and 9 years at cloud ERP for HR, finance and planning giant, Workday, in London, UK.  In a nutshell, Rachel knows the HR tech space well. And loves it.

Rachel is energised by working with great people to do creative and impactful work in a fast, innovative and collaborative environment.
