After almost 20 years at SAP, Thomas and I decided that I become the first employee at Otter Advisory in January this year. As Thomas was my boss and mentor a couple years ago I knew exactly what to expect – LEARNING AND GROWING – I LOVE IT! Invoicing, taxes, accounting, marketing, communications, new applications, just to mention a few new challenges which came up and there are much more to come.
Another nice task was finding us a new work base. We found an awesome one. The TînkTank in Heidelberg. Lone Aggersbjerg, the founder of TinkTank has made this Coworking Space to an absolutely wellbeing work zone. So if you´re in Heidelberg and seek for a workspace. That´s the place to go to.
Earlier this year I had the opportunity to accompany Thomas to a workshop in Berlin. There I had the fortune to meet Christine Kirbach from Red Lab and Anna Ott. Two fascinating, smart women whose energy was just contagious. But also to interact with such great customers like Unit4, Tandemploy, Personio, Beqom, just to mention a view, and to see old friends at Utmost and Sharework are some further fun factors in my “new” work life. Not to forget our great partners.

Joining Otter Advisory in January this year was a heartfelt decision and I have been happy every single day.
